Manufacturing Information
All items are printed to order. We give a guideline of up to 3 working days for your order to be manufactured, it is highly likely that your order will be dispatched within that timescale but we cannot make any guarantees and we cannot expedite any orders on request.
General Shipping Information
This information is based on timescales provided by Royal Mail:
UK - T48 (tracked 48) - (Up to 3 Days Manufacture) + delivery within 48 hours - £3.99
International Tracked (EU) - (Up to 3 Days Manufacture) + delivery within 3 – 5 working days* - prices vary on destination. EU orders are VAT-included – no surprise customs fees!
International Tracked (ROW) - (Up to 3 Days Manufacture) + delivery within 5 – 7 working days - prices vary on destination
Please note: Deliveries being made to the United Arab Emirates must have a PO Box included in their address
We cannot guarantee delivery within these timescales and cannot be held accountable for parcels that do not arrive within the timescales.
A redelivery charge of £6 applies to any parcel returned as a result of missing or inaccurate address details
You will be liable for any additional charges arising from attempted deliveries during the normal working day if wrong delivery details are given, the postcode is incorrect or works are closed.

Will it really look like my pet?
We paint from your own photo, keeping your pet's face, markings and colours. You see the finished portrait before you buy, and if it isn't quite right you can paint it again.
What kind of photo should I use?
A clear, close-up photo taken in daylight, with both eyes showing, works best. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid photos that are blurry, dark or taken from far away.
Can I add my pet's name?
Yes. Type their name in the pop-up (up to 12 letters) and it's painted into the design. You can also leave it blank.
Can I choose the background colour?
On styles with a plain or striped background, yes: pick a colour from the swatches in the pop-up before you paint.
Can I have two pets on one blanket?
Each portrait is painted for one pet, so use a photo of just one. For two pets, order a blanket for each.
What size are the blankets?
King Size is 150 × 150 cm, big enough to lay over a double bed. Lap Size is 75 × 75 cm, perfect for a pet bed, the car or a lap.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C and drip dry.
